We clean the hammers, wash them and cover them with a paper towel to dry them.

Place the hammers on a plate and season with salt and pepper.

Season the eggs with salt and pepper and mix well with a fork.

We put the flour and breadcrumbs separately in a bowl.

Wallpaper the hammers with flour, pass them through the egg, then through the breadcrumbs and place them on a plate.

In a saucepan with thicker walls, heat the oil and fry the hammers.

Fry them on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, so that they are well penetrated and do not burn.

They can be served with french fries, different salads, etc.
