The history of the evolution of society

The factory is based in Timisoara, having as main object of activity the preparation of wafers and chocolate in the wafers section and the preparation of coffee mixes in the coffee section.

Joe started his activity in a rented garage in Timisoara on October 1. 1994 with a number of 30 employees.

In 1996, the first production line for semi-finished countertops was purchased together with the first cream mixer, which led to the diversification of the product range and to the considerable reduction of manufacturing costs.

In 1997, the second countertop production line and the first chocolate wafer line were purchased.

In 1998, the third countertop production line and the second Neapolitan glaze firing line were purchased.

In 2000, the company was acquired by the multinational company NESTLE, the largest producer of food and coffee in the world, due to its financial performance and especially due to the fact that it was the market leader in the wafer segment.

The JOE brand has become well known in neighboring countries due to the fairly intense export (about 30% of total production).

Nestle continued to develop the Joe brand in Romania and especially to make it known abroad.

Building a strong brand on the Romanian market was the key to the success that the entrepreneurs relied on for this success story.

The marketing department used in a very inspired way one of the most loved mascots by children in Romania during the 2000s.

Another successful strategy was the involvement in various social activities organized in the big cities and especially in the promotion of JOE wafer products through the CARAVAN that stopped in each city until it reached the Seaside where it stayed all summer.

The purple-yellow colors have become symbolic for the JOE brand and are present on all promotional marketing materials.

Starting with 2004 the company started the production of 3in1 coffee mixes under the brand of the parent company NESCAFE becoming market leader in this segment starting with 2005 due to the recipes highly appreciated by consumers as well as the very varied offer of mixes such as 3in1 Original, Strong, Mild and Frappé.

Since 2010, the company has expanded its activity in the category of Cappuccino mixes, becoming the third producer on the market since 2012.


Kaufland withdraws seven types of wafers from stores

On a cold day, like today, I propose three delicious and easy to prepare recipes that will fill our kitchen with irresistible flavors, table, attractive dishes and the souls of loved ones in the family, delight.

If you want to prepare for all your loved ones, a delicious tart with cheese and spinach, the first step is to arm yourself patiently. It's a thorough job to prepare the filling, but one thing is for sure: the taste is well worth the effort.

2 teaspoons fresh or dried rosemary,
2 teaspoons fresh or dried thyme,

Peel the garlic and grind it, then add it to the pot, along with the peppercorns, finely chopped hot pepper and tarragon. After this mixture boils again, it is time to turn off the heat, because all the flavors have intertwined exactly as they should.

In the blink of an eye, the chicken on the grill is browned and looks delicious! We tactfully place it in a tray or in a yena bowl and pour over it all the vegetable and spice brine prepared earlier. Let it rest in the oven for another 15 minutes at a maximum temperature of 180 degrees.
As soon as we take the chicken brine out of the oven, sprinkle the finely chopped parsley and larch on top. Mmmm, what wonderful flavors!

400 grame cremă de brânză
100 grame Cheddar ras
100 grame cașcaval/brânză Gouda ras

Method of preparation

Într-un bol amestecă cele trei tipuri de brânză, ceapa verde tocată, usturoiul, pudra de boia și piperul. Amestecă totul până la omogenizare, formează o bilă și învelește-o în folie alimentară. Las-o la frigider timp de 15 minute.
Într-o tigaie încinsă, rumenește fulgii de migdale pentru câteva minute și așază-i pe o farfurie întinsă. Poți adăuga și o lingură de miez de nucă pentru mai multă crocănțeală.

Scoate bila din frigider și dă-o prin fulgii de migdale cu ajutorul unui cuțit. Servește-o cu pâine prăjită sau crackers.

2. Tort de bezea cu vanilie și fructe de pădure

Rețete de Revelion: dacă vrei un desert special, ia în considerare acest tort de bezea cu cremă de vanilie.

How to prepare cream

Amestecă cu telul într-un castron zahărul, amidonul din porumb, ouăle, gălbenușul și esența de vanilie, până când compoziția se omogenizează, zahărul se topește și nu mai există cocoloașe.

Într-o cratiță pune la fiert laptele împreună cu frișca, iar când începe să fiarbă, ia-le de pe foc și toarnă-le în fir subțire peste amestecul cu zahăr. Amestecă bine încontinuu. După ce ai încorporat tot laptele, toarnă amestecul înapoi în cratiță și ține pe foc, amestecând continuu, până începe să se îngroașe. Din acel moment, mai ține pe foc pentru încă un minut.

Toarnă compoziția rezultată într-un castron și pune o folie alimentară peste cremă pentru a nu se forma o crustă. Așteaptă până când se răcește și pune-o în frigider. O poți pregăti chiar și cu una sau două zile înainte.

Mod de preparare bezea

Încălzește cuptorul la 90 grade cu convecție. Bate albușurile până se întăresc și încorporează treptat zahărul până obții un amestec ferm și lucios. Adaugă și esența de vanilie la final. Împarte compoziția în două și întinde-o pe două tăvi acoperite cu hârtie de copt. Poți desena înainte un cerc cu diametrul de 22-23 centimetri ca să poți pune bezeaua fix unde trebuie. Coace bezeaua timp de trei ore și jumătate, apoi oprește cuptorul și las-o la răcit.

Mod de preparare sos

Pune fructele congelate într-o cratiță și amestecă-le cu mierea. Ține-le pe foc între trei și cinci minute până când se decongelează și mierea se topește – astfel vei obține un sirop bogat. Ia cratița de pe foc, toarnă compoziția într-o strecurătoare și apoi lasă siropul să se scurgă din fructe.

Când vrei să asamblezi tortul, scoate crema din frigider și bate-o mai puțin de un minut cu un mixer de mână sau chiar cu un tel. Așază pe un platou prima foaie de bezea și acoper-o cu jumătate din cremă, dar și cu fructele de pădure pe care le-ai folosit pentru sos. Așază apoi cea de-a doua foaie de bezea și acoper-o cu restul de cremă. Ornează cu fructele pregătite – căpșuni sau orice altceva îți place ție.

3. Covrigei cu parmezan și vin

Rețete de Revelion: covrigeii sunt mereu o alegere bună, mai ales dacă îi mănânci alături de niște brânzeturi.

Ce spui de un snack sănătos și delicios pentru acest Revelion? Acești crovrigei cu parmezan și vin, propuși de Adina Chițu de la Pancake Planet, merg de minune cu un pahar de vin și un platou plin cu brânzeturi de calitate. Notează-ți ingredientele scrise mai jos și apucă-te de treabă. Dacă crezi că ies prea mulți covrigei, înjumătățește cantitățile – dar niciodată nu sunt prea mulți covrigei de ronțăit, nu?

Ingredient:

300 grame făină de grâu integral
130 grame făină de tip 650
50 grame de tip 000
30 grame parmezan
180 mililitri vin rose
120 mililitri ulei de măsline extravirgin + 2 – 3 linguri extra
a teaspoon of salt
o linguriță de ierburi uscate ( rozmarin, cimbru sau busuioc )
o lingură semințe de in ( opțional )

Method of preparation

Într-un bol amestecă cele trei tipuri de făină, sarea și ierburile uscate. Adaugă vinul, parmezanul dat pe răzătoarea mică, uleiul de măsline și amestecă până când ingredientele sunt bine amestecate. Răstoarnă aluatul pe blatul de lucru și frământă până ce vei avea un aluat omogen și ușor elastic.

Lasă-l într-un bol, acoperit cu un prosop de bucătărie curat, timp de jumătate de oră. După ce timpul a trecut, împarte aluatul în patru părți egale, iar din fiecare rupe bucățele de aproximativ zece grame. Pentru ați fi mai ușor, folosește cântarul. Rulează fiecare bucată într-un șerpișor, cam cât degetul arătător. Unește capetele și formează covrigeii. Din tot aluatul vor ieși în jur de 100 covrigei. Cel mai eficient ar fi să lucrezi în echipă cu cei dragi, fiind o activitate numai bună de făcut în perioada sărbătorilor.

Odată ce ai terminat de format covrigeii, pune o oală cu apă pe foc, împreună cu o linguriță de sare, și, imediat ce a fiert apa, dă focul la minim și pune covrigeii cam câte zece deodată. Când se ridică la suprafață, scoate-i cu o paletă și pune-i pe un grătar să se scurgă.

Lasă-i pe grătar până când se usucă complet. Între timp preîncălzește cuptorul la 200 °C. Așază covrigeii într-o tavă cu hârtie de copt – cel mai probabil vei avea nevoie de două tăvi. Unge fiecare covrigel cu puțin ulei de măsline și presară câteva semințe de in pe deasupra. Pune tăvile la cuptor pentru aproximativ 30 de minute sau până când aceștia vor deveni ușor aurii.

4. Salată de pătrunjel cu orez negru

Mihaela Sava, cunoscută în online drept Prăjiturela, propune pentru masa de anul nou o rețetă super ușoară, inspirată din faimoasa salată tabouleh, bineînțeles, cu mici modificări de ingrediente.

Această salată cu pătrunjel și orez negru este super ușor de făcut și merge de minute atât la aperitiv, cât și la felul doi, drept garnitură. Uită-te peste rețetă și fuga după pătrunjel la magazin.

ingredients

două legături mari de pătrunjel (sau șase din cele de la supermarket)
o legătură mică de mentă
o ceapă medie – albă sau roșie
patru roșii medii (o roșie medie poate fi cam cât un kiwi)
trei linguri de orez negru
semințele de ½ rodie
¼ chimen măcinat
zeama unei lămâi
patru sau cinci linguri ulei de măsline
salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Pentru început fierbe orezul și lasă-l să se răcească. Alege frunzele de pe tulpinile de pătrunjel și mentă și toacă-le mărunt. Roșiile și ceapa taie-le în cuburi mici și, la final, amestecă toate legumele cu orezul și semințele de rodie. Adaugă chimenul, sare și piper după gust, zeama de lămâie, uleiul și amestecă bine până toate aromele se întrepătrund.
Salata o poți servi ca atare, ori lângă niște brânzeturi sau carne la grătar.

5. Macaroons cu cocos

Rețete de revelion: la desert poți mânca niște macaroons cu cocos și ciocolată.

Pe masa mea de Revelion se vor regăsi preparate super ușor de făcut și, bineînțeles, ceva dulce. Și dacă tot nu vreau să depun prea mult efort pentru preparatele sărate, nici la desert nu o voi face. Recomandarea mea pentru dulcele de anul nou, sunt acești macaroons cu cocos și ciocolată. Sunt aromați și super delicioși, bonus, sunt făcuți din doar trei ingrediente.

Ingredient:

o conservă de lapte condensat (în jur de 305 mililitri)
200 grame fulgi de cocos
o linguriță esență de vanilie sau zahăr vanilat
opțional, 40 grame ciocolată pentru decor & diverse topping-uri

Method of preparation

Setează cuptorul la 180°C și pregătește o tavă cu hârtie de copt. Într-un bol încăpător toarnă fulgii de cocos, laptele condensat și zahărul vanilat sau esența de vanilie. Cu ajutorul unui mixer, amestecă ingredientele până sunt bine încorporate. După ce s-a format o pastă, te poți ajuta de un poș, o lingură de înghețată sau o lingură normală pentru a forma bilele de cocos.

După ce le-ai format, pune-le pe tavă și introdu-o în cuptor timp de 10–15 minute. Este important să stai pe aproape deoarece acești macaroons se rumenesc destul de repede. La final trebuie să aibă o culoare ușor aurie la suprafață.

Eu am folosit vreo 40 grame de ciocolată cu 52% conținut de cacao, pe care am topit-o la bain-marie. Am luat câțiva macaroons și am introdus baza lor în crema fină. Pe deasupra am presărat diverse nuci, fulgi de merișoare, însă tu poți pune ce topping îți dorești.

Soția mea este acum FOARTE fericită. Patty este un fanatic cu waffle total. Adică, îmi plac foarte mult niște napolitane, dar este nebună pentru ei. Nu cu mult timp în urmă, în care am fost de idei poveste Revista Chile Pepper pentru problema Micului dejun, am aruncat câteva note, iar Patty a strigat & ldquo Waffles!
